IVAC FACTS about VACCINES
According to the January 15, 1997 Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), specific studies have not conducted regarding the simultaneous administrations of all vaccines recommended for routine use in adolescents. There is inadequate monitoring of children for side effects in vaccine clinical studies... some lasting only 5-15 days.

Government officials have narrowed the criteria for applying for relief to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Some symptoms have to occur within 4 hours. Others have to occur between 5 and 15 days, not before 5 days and not after 15 days. The 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act exempts from liability manufactures, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists who administer the vaccines.

Over 1 billion dollars have been paid to petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Program. There is more than $1 billion in the trust fund based on the vaccine excise taxes. A 2000 Congressional conflict of interest hearing implicated some federal vaccine policymakers' financial ties to vaccine manufacturers with FDA and CDC waivers.

The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), received 95,103 reports between July 1,1990 and July 28,1999. However, former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner David Kessler admitted in the June 2, 1993 JAMA that 99% of serious adverse drug reactions go unreported to the FDA. Deaths account for 13.7% of the serious reports. There is no penalty for doctors, nurses or pharmacists who fail to file vaccine adverse reaction reports.

According to the May 12, 1999 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, Illinois had 216 claims... 44 deaths and 172 injuries in addition to the 2,173 sudden infant death syndrome cases (SIDS) from 1990-1998.
